Okej

Men våra barn är sjuka. Och jag har varit hemma ensam med dem hela dagen. Det är liksom det första jag tycker att vi ska komma ihåg. Jag tänker inte spela martyr här men jag var hemma dem hela dagen ensam och jag skulle mycket väl kunna skriva ”jag” och ”hemma” och ”ensam” med jättestora bokstäver och det hade INTE varit en överreaktion.

Jag var hemma. Hela dagen. Med barnen.

Ensam.

Jag spelar inte martyr.

Men. Ändå.

Vet du hur lång en dag är eller?

Och ja, jag går med på att jag tog några dåliga beslut. Det gör man i krissituationer. Det har förmodligen rent historiskt tagits en del dåliga beslut under en massa krig i djungeln också. Eller var det nu är folk krigar. Folk kanske blir lite stressade när folk skjuter på folk med skjutvapen och då kanske man inte tar helt och hållet genomtänkta beslut exakt hela tiden. Skit händer i krig och djungler. Då kanske man inte alltid kan vara helt perfekt, som man kan vara om man får sitta i lugn och ro bakom ett skrivbord och leka Gud och bestämma vilka föräldrar som ska få sina Instagrambilder lajkade och inte. Härute i verkligheten så kanske man bara gör det man måste. När man är ensam i djungeln, med två fiender på en gång, och den ena har kräkts i ens keps. Man försöker fucking överleva. Det gör man kanske.

Och JA, jag tog en del dåliga beslut, det går jag med på. Det där är bränd aluminumfolie som har fastnat på spisplattan och det där som rinner ur kylskåpet vet jag inte exakt vad det är men det är delvis lim och delvis färg och jag tror att det är delvis köttfärs. Och det där brukade vara ett parkettgolv men nu är det mer en sorts konstinstallation, kan man säga. De hade gafflar. De var två mot en. Jag försökte vara en sån där jävla närvarande och rolig förälder som uppmuntrar deras kreativitet.

Jag gjorde en del misstag och jag står för det.

Men det var faktiskt BARNEN som lovade att de inte skulle säga något när mamma kom hem. Jag minns det tydligt för de fick jordnöts-M&M:s. Varsin påse. Vi hade för fan en deal.

Ska vi lära våra barn att det är okej att ljuga? Det tycker inte jag. Det tycker jag faktiskt inte är ett ansvarsfullt föräldraskap.

Så jag tycker faktiskt att de ska bli utskällda innan jag blir utskälld, det är allt jag säger. Jag förstår att du tycker att jag förtjänar att bli utskälld först men det är helt enkelt bara en sådan sorts osjälvisk förälder jag är: Jag tycker alltid att barnen ska gå först.
