Run, Fredrik, run.

Jag nämnde för två blogginlägg sedan att jag hade besökt ett gym.  Det ledde till en del skeptiska (och i vissa fall ganska taskiga) kommentarer kring sanningshalten eftersom min offentliga person tydligen inte per automatik sammankopplas med fysisk aktivitet som inte involverar fritöser.

Jag vill därför bara klargöra att min läkare har klargjort för mig att jag mycket väl kan låta bli att motionera och ändå fortsätta äta som jag gör, men att jag i så fall inte kommer ”kunna äta lika länge”.

Min läkare förstår vad som motiverar mig.

Så nu går jag på gym.

Dessutom har jag väldigt många Dallas Cowboys-t-shirtar som min fru och min vän N inte låter mig använda offentligt i några andra sammanhang.
